To lead a complex high-profile programme aimed at delivering a better boating experience and stronger customer relationships across the UK canal network. This role will drive strategic change, delivering an integrated programme of work to deliver our 'Better Boating Programme' while also implementing recommendations from the Boat Licensing Commission's report to create a fairer, clearer, and more efficient licensing system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multi-year transformation projects.
- Focusing on customer needs.
- Navigating legislative and regulatory frameworks.
- Managing multiple workstreams including those outside of direct remit - influencing without authority.
- Providing senior internal and external level reporting to C-Suite, Board, and External commissions - comfortable presenting complex issues.
We want a do-er who will get stuck in rather than just delegate workstreams. This is a part-time position - 2 days per week.
