Tarining & Business Coordinator; £20 Per Hour PAYE / £26.75 Per Hour Umbrella; 35 hours a week; based in Broughton An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Training & Business Coordinator to work for a global aerospace company based near Chester. The Training and Business Coordinator plays a pivotal role in optimizing operational workflow, overseeing administrative efficiency, and driving departmental training and onboarding programs to ensure seamless business operations. Key Responsibilities - Optimise and streamline administrative workflows to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. - Generate daily operational reports and analyse site metrics to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities. - Track and follow up on critical action items generated from site assessments and operational reports. - Lead departmental training initiatives, managing scheduling, logistics, and record compliance. - Coordinate the Training Quality Plan (TQP) and onboarding framework for new hires to ensure a seamless integration experience. - Oversee Occupational Health appointment scheduling ensuring full business compliance and attendance. Key Skills & Competencies - Organizational Excellence: Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities with a proven track record of prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines in high-volume environments. - Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, tailored for effective professional interaction across all organizational levels. = Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace toolsets. - Precision & Quality: Meticulous attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in record-keeping and data administration. - Autonomy & Initiative: Self-motivated with an ability to work independently, proactively anticipating business needs and driving solutions. - Professional Integrity: Demonstrated discretion, tact, and sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information. - Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal capabilities with a demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Problem-Solving: A forward-thinking mindset equipped to resolve operational challenges efficiently. Desirable Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree or higher-level apprenticeship in Business Administration, Organizational Management, or a related field.
