HR Advisor Location: Thorne, Doncaster (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)Salary: £30,500 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference?We're recruiting for an HR Advisor to join a supportive and collaborative HR team within a well-established organisation that is committed to making a positive impact in people's lives.

The Role Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering a professional, proactive HR service to managers and employees across the organisation.
You'll provide expert advice on a wide range of employee relations matters while supporting the continuous improvement of HR processes and services.
Key responsibilities include: Providing advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance management and investigations.
Ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with current employment legislation.
Supporting managers with case management from start to finish.
Delivering HR training and presentations where required.
Building strong working relationships with managers and colleagues across the organisation.
Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of HR services.
A full induction programme will be provided, including online training and the opportunity to shadow experienced members of the HR team.
About You We're looking for someone who has: Previous experience working as an Advisory role.
Employee relations experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.
Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making skills.
A proactive, positive and empathetic approach.
The confidence to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
