Hiring for an experienced M365 Technical Consultant to join a major merger and integration programme, taking a leading technical role in a complex Microsoft 365 migration. You'll provide technical expertise across the programme, working with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders to understand dependencies, manage migration readiness and support cutover and stabilisation.
Key skills
- Strong technical knowledge of the wider M365 platform
- Provide technical leadership across the programme of work
- Work across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and Entra ID
- Proven experience delivering tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations
- Good understanding of M365 architecture, identity, security and application dependencies
- Experience managing technical dependencies and producing clear technical documentation
- The ability to operate at a technical consultant/architect level while coordinating activity across multiple teams
- Identify technical risks, blockers and integration challenges and drive them towards resolution
