Systems Administrator - SAP SuccessFactors
Contract:4 months initally
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Location: Solihull - 1 day per week onsite
Overview:
We are looking for a Systems Administrator with experience supporting and administering SAP SuccessFactors. This is an administration-focused role, supporting the effective day-to-day operation of the system, maintaining user access and helping resolve system-related issues.
Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) would be beneficial but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administration and support for SAP SuccessFactors.
- Manage user accounts, system access and permissions.
- Assist with system configuration and maintenance where required.
- Investigate and resolve system issues, escalating more complex problems when necessary.
- Maintain accurate system records and documentation.
- Support access management processes and ensure users have appropriate permissions.
- Work with relevant teams to ensure the system operates effectively.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a Systems Administrator or similar system administration role.
- Hands-on experience administering or supporting SAP SuccessFactors.
- Understanding of user administration, access permissions and system maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting, organisational and communication skills.
Desirable:
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Experience working within a large organisation or enterprise IT environment
