About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver digital change projects in alignment with government delivery standards. You will work within multidisciplinary teams to guide services through discovery, alpha, beta and live phases, ensuring high-quality, user-centred outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver projects in line with the Government Project Delivery Standard (GovS-002), covering planning, governance, assurance and stakeholder management.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including user researchers, designers, developers, content designers and delivery managers, as outlined in the GDS Service Manual.
- Ensure services meet GDS standards for accessibility, security, user research, testing and iterative delivery across each service phase.
- Produce delivery documentation including delivery plans, RAID logs, status reports, and support preparation for service assessments.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience delivering digital projects in Agile or hybrid environments.
- Strong understanding of GDS service phases: discovery → alpha → beta → live.
