About the Role
We are seeking experienced Change Managers to support organisational and digital transformation initiatives across central government. You will work closely with delivery and product teams to ensure new services, processes, and ways of working are successfully adopted.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver change impact assessments, communication plans, stakeholder engagement activity and organisational readiness actions.
- Work closely with DDaT roles including service designers, business analysts, delivery managers and product teams to align change activities with delivery practices.
- Ensure all change initiatives support user-centred, iterative delivery approaches used in government digital services.
- Support the embedding of new processes, behaviours, and cultural change across teams and stakeholders.
Essential Experience
- Strong background in change management within digital transformation or large-scale organisational change environments.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
