Hours: 45 hours. 7.30am - 5.00pm.
You will lead the associated site team including M Group supervision and subcontractors to successful completion of works. You will be responsible for managing change on site in line with the NEC contract conditions. You will monitor site activities against target programmes, reporting exceptions in outputs, delays, etc. Along with all works activities to ensure that they meet the Works Specification and are being delivered in a safe manner following the principles of our behavioural based safety initiative, It Starts With Me. You will attend client meetings to provide them with a delivery update and manage any adverse issues.
