Rate: £45-£50 per hour, umbrella

Location: Manchester or Glasgow - Hybrid 2 Days WFH

Duration: 12 months

We are seeking a motivated Structural BIM Technician to support project teams in the use of Autodesk Revit for modelling structural steelwork and concrete elements. The successful candidate will produce project-specific Revit content under the supervision of engineers and work within the project's Common Data Environment (CDE). This role requires strong 3D modelling skills, a keen interest in immersive 3D design, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and software. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team and managing deadlines effectively. UK nationals eligible for SC security clearance are required.

Experience in civil engineering design, reinforced concrete detailing, and familiarity with Navisworks and Autodesk ACC are advantageous but not essential. Knowledge of industry modelling standards and ISO 19650 is desirable. The candidate must hold or be working towards EngTech or a similar professional qualification.
