This is a senior leadership opportunity for a fully qualified Architect with experience delivering complex projects within the Nuclear sector or another highly regulated environment .
The successful candidate will provide technical and design leadership across multidisciplinary projects, while supporting client engagement, business development and the continued growth of the team.
The Opportunity As Technical Director, you will lead the delivery of complex multidisciplinary architectural projects across the Nuclear sector, working across both civil and defence programmes.
You will provide technical leadership from early design stages through to project delivery, ensuring high standards of design quality, coordination, safety and compliance within a highly regulated environment.
The role will also involve leading and mentoring architectural teams, developing client relationships and supporting bids and strategic growth across the sector.
Key Responsibilities Design Leadership Lead and coordinate architectural delivery across complex multidisciplinary projects.
Drive innovative and effective design solutions aligned with client requirements.
Provide expert architectural input during early design stages and throughout project lifecycles.
Embed Safety in Design principles across project delivery.
Oversee materials, building systems and the production of specifications.
