I am currently looking for a Site Manager to work on an Energy Site in Teeside to support the PM to ensure issues are resolved reasonably practically and all documentation is maintained and well managed.
Ideal candidate must have had experience working on energy site previously.
Duties include:
- Site Set up including welfare posters, safety areas
- Documentation is complete and up to date overseeing RAMS/SOP's and sign ins
- Ensure permit to work are closed out
- Complete and Brief MEWP rescue plans (when applicable)
- Risk assessments PTW (permit to work)
- Check training certification
- Complete daily tool box talks
- Complete daily / weekly check sheets
- Safety critical information is displayed correctly
- Monitor any hired equipment i.e. lights scaffold fire stands
- Check fire equipment and update any fire plans
- Review access and egress areas
Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS
- CSCS Card in date and valid
- First Aid Certificate
- Own tools & PPE
- Basic DBS
