Job Description

Commercial Manager Up to £86,000 per annum7% employee, 14% employer pension contribution Annual bonus Fully remote London or Warrington Your new role: We are supporting a key customer within the nuclear sector to recruit a Commercial Manager to be part of a growing team.

This is a greenfield role where youll have the opportunity to shape the strategy from the start.

Key skills & experience required: Strong experience managing and negotiating NEC & FIDIC forms of contract is essential.

Prior experience working the nuclear, construction sector or critical infrastructure programmes is essential.

Extensive experience supporting the delivery of commercial, procurement, and contract management activities, ensuring compliance with Government processes and governance requirements, including Cabinet Office, HM Treasury, and Cabinet Approvals Board.

Proven experience overseeing project cost estimation, developing robust cost models, and implementing effective pricing strategies to achieve commercial and business objectives.

Demonstrated success leading complex, high-value negotiations and commercial agreements, with the ability to challenge constructively while building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.

Experience working under public sector regulations PA23.
