Morson are supporting a pioneering advanced engineering organisation as they continue to grow their specialist Performance & Analysis capability, supporting one of the UK's most exciting low-carbon energy programmes. This is a rare opportunity to work at the forefront of reactor performance, thermal hydraulic analysis, modelling, simulation, and validation activities within a highly technical and safety-critical environment.
The Role
Working within the specialist Performance & Analysis function, you'll support the development, validation, verification, and continuous improvement of thermal hydraulic analysis methods, models, and tools used to support reactor design, transient and fault analysis, plant performance, and safety case substantiation. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams across methods development, testing, safety, and design on technically complex modelling and analysis programmes.

- Python-based analysis tool development
- Linux & High-Performance Computing (HPC)

We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have:
- Thermal hydraulics, fluid systems, or process systems analysis
- Verification & validation (V&V / VVUQ)
- Safety-critical engineering environments
- Modelling, simulation, benchmarking, or uncertainty analysis
- Python development for engineering/scientific applications
- Technical report writing and stakeholder communication

Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar
- Chartered Engineer status, or working towards chartership, desirable

- Salary between £53,800 – £66,500
