A leading provider of Infrastructure Services, Construction, and Property Developments is seeking experienced, hands-on, and technically skilled Permanent Way (P-Way) professionals to support major rail and infrastructure programmes. These roles are essential in delivering safe, high-quality track works and contributing to improvements across the UK's transport network.

- Track (P-Way) Works Supervisor
- Track Hand-Back Engineer - Level 3 & Level 4
- Transient Supervisor
Role Responsibilities:
- Overseeing or delivering Permanent Way track renewals, maintenance, and construction works
- Managing site activities, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards
- Leading teams of engineers and operatives across live rail environments
- Providing technical expertise in track engineering, setting out, and quality assurance
- Supporting hand-back activities and ensuring assets are returned to operational condition
- Coordinating with project managers, planners, and rail partners to meet project milestones
Working Pattern:
