Location: Construction site/Off-site warehouse location(s) x3 days per week AND 2x days per week working remotely

Morson Edge is recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation within the Energy sector for a (contract)

Warehouse Facilities Management Delivery Lead.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UKs largest infrastructure projects, taking responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of site and multiple off-site warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities Ensure all warehouse facilities remain fully operational, compliant and fit for purpose.

Manage facilities budgets, operational risks and contractor performance.

Lead refurbishment projects and CDM works across the warehouse estate.

Develop warehouse operating models, business continuity and emergency plans.

Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory and site requirements.

Build effective relationships with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders.

Monitor performance, resolve issues and provide regular progress and budget reports.

Identify resource requirements and drive continuous improvement across the facilities.

Essential Experience Facilities, logistics or operational management experience within construction, industrial, manufacturing or other high-hazard environments.

Experience managing contractors and work packages with budgets up to Β£5m.

Strong knowledge of facilities management, project delivery and CDM Regulations.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Proven ability to deliver within large, complex project environments.

Project Management qualification or equivalent experience.

Desirable NEBOSH or equivalent.

Behavioural Safety certification.

Resource Management qualification.
