Morson is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading aerospace organisation to recruit a Subcontract Manager for an initial 12 month contract. There is a pay rate of up to £465 Per Day Umbrella on offer for the successful candidates. There would be a hybrid working arrangement in place with 3 days a week spent on site in Templecombe, Somerset and 2 days a week working from home.

The Sub Contract Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of supplier contracts after signature. This is particularly true for supplier agreements with high expense and/or risk, complex terms and conditions, and change management and risk mitigation requirements.

The Sub Contract Manager shall ensure that the supplier fully complies with the commercial, delivery, schedule, cost and performance requirements as defined in the contract. The Sub Contract Manager will require a frequent and close relationship with other project functions and stakeholders, and in particular with Work Package Manager (WPM), Engineering, and Legal.
