Morson have a great opportunity for an experienced Power Apps/Power Platform Developer for a leading local Government Client.
Your role will be to deliver the technical development of the Adult Social Care (ASC) rostering system using Microsoft Power Platform. The developer will work exclusively on this project under the guidance of the Product Owner using the Scrum delivery framework. The goal is to complete the in-progress rostering system to meet all outstanding requirements, improve scheduling efficiency, and deliver financial and operational benefits for ASC.
Key areas:
- Build and enhance the existing Power Platform-based rostering solution, focusing on automation, usability, and performance.
- Work in two-week sprints with the Product Owner, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Deliver technical features using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
- Collaborate with ASC operational leads to validate features and resolve user feedback.
- Experience developing Power Apps solutions (Canvas/Model-Driven Power Automate flow creation and optimisation).
