My client is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in the Reading area.
You will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
This role plays a key part in maintaining the safety, functionality, and efficiency of the workplace.
You will manage reception duties, including switchboard operations, visitor management, and mail handling, while coordinating meeting room bookings and providing AV support.
Maintaining a clean and organised reception area and adhering to security protocols are essential.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience Manage switchboard operations, directing calls and messages appropriately Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception area at all times Coordinate meeting room bookings, set-ups, and AV support as required Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries Maintain visitor logs and issue access passes in line with security protocols

This role is a 3 month contract and is paying £15 per hour PAYE + holiday pay.
