I am currently looking for a Site Manager to work at St James Park
Working alongside the PM to ensure issues are resolved reasonable practically and all documentation is maintained and well managed.
Ideal candidate must have had experience on site previously
Duties include:
- Site Set up including welfare posters, safety areas ETC
- Documentation is complete and up to date overseeing RAMS/SOP'S and sign ins
- Ensure permit to work are closed out
- Complete and Brief MEWP rescue plans ( when applicable) Risk assessments PTW (permit to work)
- Check training certification
- Complete daily tool box talks
- Complete daily / weekly check sheets
- Safety critical information is displayed correctly
- Monitor any hired equipment i.e. lights scaffold fire stands
- Check fire equipment and update xiskglj any fire plans
- Review access and egress areas
- Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS
- CSCS Card in date and valid
- First Aid Certificate
- Own tools & PPE
- Basic DBS
