Location: Covering Taunton, Chard, Frome, Shepton Mallet, Yeovil, Ilminster, Glastonbury

Responsibilities:

  • Reactive, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Building Management System (BMS)
  • Servicing
  • Fire alarm testing and emergency lighting
  • Lighting and installing logic control modules
  • General maintenance duties in estates
  • Installing ballasts and inverters in lamps
  • Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices

Essential:

  • Minimum of City & Guilds or equivalent in an electrical discipline
  • 17th or 18th Edition
  • Previous experience as a Commercial Electrician doing PPMs is essential

Available with the role:

  • Overtime/Double time
  • On call rate
  • Van and Fuel card provided
