We're recruiting for an experienced Proposals Engineer to lead the full bid process for industrial automation and control systems projects. This is a technical and commercial role where you'll interpret client specs, develop compliant solutions, produce detailed proposals, and build accurate cost estimates (materials + engineering hours). You'll also support client engagement and manage multiple tenders to deadline.

Key experience required:

  • Background in control systems / automation / electrical engineering
  • Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS, networks & system integration
  • Experience with estimating, BoMs, or tendering
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and identify risks
  • Strong technical writing and commercial awareness
