We're recruiting for an experienced Proposals Engineer to lead the full bid process for industrial automation and control systems projects. This is a technical and commercial role where you'll interpret client specs, develop compliant solutions, produce detailed proposals, and build accurate cost estimates (materials engineering hours). You'll also support client engagement and manage multiple tenders to deadline.

Key experience required:

  • Background in control systems / automation / electrical engineering
  • Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS, networks & system integration
  • Experience with estimating, BoMs, or tendering
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and identify risks
  • Strong technical writing and commercial awareness
