A SharePoint Developer, ideally with ServiceNow experience, is needed to support a change programme to help deliver a new SharePoint Online platform for project governance and change delivery.
The SharePoint Developer will play a key role in replacing the existing framework with a modern, intuitive SharePoint Online solution that enables project teams to access governance, templates and lifecycle information through a simple and user-friendly interface.
Essential Skills
- Extensive experience developing and configuring SharePoint Online solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint architecture, document management and governance.
- Experience creating modern SharePoint sites, pages and navigation structures.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and technical design documentation.
- Experience integrating SharePoint with third-party platforms and enterprise systems.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Microsoft Power BI.
- Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
Desirable Experience
- Experience supporting transformation, PMO or portfolio management functions.
- ServiceNow integration and administration experience.
Scope
- Design, build and configure a SharePoint Online site based on an existing design and scoping document.
- Develop a modern SharePoint landing page with tile-based navigation and intuitive user journeys.
- Create and structure document libraries, content management processes and permissions.
- Ensure a consistent and engaging user experience across the platform.
- Integrate and link the solution with ServiceNow to support project and portfolio management processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the function to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support testing, user adoption and ongoing enhancements.
3 month contract - inside IR35 - Hybrid working with 1 day per week on site in London.
