The practice works across a strong pipeline of residential, regeneration, education, healthcare, commercial, energy and mixed-use projects, supporting both public and private sector clients. The Opportunity We are seeking experienced Town Planners who can: Lead and manage a wide range of planning applications, appeals and site appraisals Provide strategic planning advice across multiple sectors and project types Manage and develop strong client relationships in a consultancy environment Work closely with urban design and landscape colleagues to deliver integrated, place-based solutions Support and mentor junior team members as part of a collaborative planning function This is a senior opportunity within a fast-growing consultancy offering genuine progression, involvement in complex projects, and exposure to multidisciplinary placemaking work at a national level. Role Overview You will take a leading role in delivering planning projects from early feasibility through to determination, working across both strategic and detailed planning stages. The role is client-facing and will involve coordination of multidisciplinary inputs, stakeholder engagement, and contribution to wider project strategy within a commercially driven consultancy environment.
