The Role: We are looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant, working in a 360 capacity in the Data or Technology market. This desk can focus on a niche such as MedTech, FinTech, AI, Cyber, Data, or across the full tech vertical, depending on your interest and expertise.
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development through to placement
- Develop and grow new client relationships across the Data or Technology sector
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network within your market, Software Engineering, Cyber Security etc
- Manage client requirements for contract and/or permanent roles
- Deliver a high-quality recruitment service to both clients and candidates
- Proactively identify market opportunities and expand your desk
- Work collaboratively with experienced consultants across the Leeds office
About You: Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant with a background recruiting in Technology, Data, Software Engineering, or Cyber Security markets. Strong business development and client relationship skills, experience placing contract or permanent roles (or both), a proactive, self-driven approach with strong commercial awareness, and the ability to manage and grow your own desk.
