Senior PPC Executive £35,000–£40,000 | Manchester | Hybrid – 2 days in Manchester / 3 days WFH The role is a 12 month FTC We're looking for a Senior PPC Executive to join a growing Commerce Marketing team and take responsibility for managing and optimising paid search campaigns across a diverse portfolio of brands and products. This is a great opportunity for an experienced PPC professional who enjoys working with data, testing and optimisation, and wants to have a real impact on commercial performance. The role You'll work closely with the PPC Manager to: Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads. Analyse performance data and identify opportunities for growth. Develop and implement A/B testing strategies. Monitor key metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS and conversion rate. Produce regular performance reporting and provide actionable recommendations. Stay up to date with PPC trends, tools and platform developments. Work across multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment. What we're looking for We're open to candidates from either an agency or in-house background . The key thing is strong hands-on PPC experience and a genuine passion for paid search. Ideally, you'll have: 2–3 years' experience managing PPC campaigns. Strong Google Ads and Bing Ads knowledge. Experience managing campaigns against commercial KPIs and revenue targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimisation. Excellent attention to detail and organisation. A commercial mindset and a desire to continually improve performance. Experience with Google Analytics, SA360, Power BI, Looker Studio or Funnel would be advantageous but isn't essential.
