We're looking for a 1-year fixed term contract Senior HRIS Analyst. Based at our Paddington Head Office, you will be accountable for managing the governance framework for global HR processes and data structures within the core HR module of our HRIS, SuccessFactors.
As Senior HRIS Analyst, you will lead the change request process, driving continuous improvement while ensuring system functionality aligns with the HRIS roadmap and long-term business objectives. You will also take ownership of first-line support and the implementation of technical updates across the Employee Central and Performance modules. This includes testing, training, and leading the adoption of new functionality across local sites.
