Morson Edge is looking for an HR Advisor to support HR operations across BAE Systems Rochester. You will provide HR advice to managers, ensuring resolution of employee relations issues and effective policy adherence. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to HR service delivery.
The successful candidate will work 4 days a week on-site, supporting staff with onboarding and training while managing sensitive HR matters. A CIPD qualification is required.
