Senior Analyst – Data Protection

Morson Edge are supporting a well-established Financial Services firm with the search for a Data Protection professional to join their 1st Line of Defence team.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Group Data Privacy Framework within the UK entity.
• Build, coordinate, and engage a community of Data Privacy and Business Process Owners.
• Maintain the accuracy of the Data Processing Register by supporting stakeholders in documenting and updating processing activities.
• Support the completion of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for new and existing projects to identify and mitigate privacy risks.
• Provide guidance and support to departments on data protection policies and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Experience

• Experience within a similar Data Protection role.
• Solid understanding of data protection and privacy regulations (e.g. UK GDPR).
