We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in the rail and infrastructure sector. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter who excels at building strong client relationships, developing new business, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions across a diverse range of technical and professional disciplines.
You will be responsible for managing and maximising our established PSL client portfolio, ensuring Morson remains the supplier of choice while also proactively developing your own client base. Working across a broad range of roles, you will recruit for:
- Rail Engineers (Civil, Electrical and Mechanical)
- Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Specialists
- Traffic and Transport Planners
- Rolling Stock Engineers and Technicians
- Health, Safety and Environmental Managers
As a true 360 consultant, you will take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client engagement through to candidate attraction, delivery, and account growth. You'll be comfortable meeting clients and candidates face-to-face, identifying workforce challenges, and presenting innovative recruitment solutions.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development and recruitment within the rail sector or a closely related engineering, infrastructure, or transportation market. You will be highly motivated, results-driven, and proactive in identifying opportunities to expand existing partnerships and introduce wider workforce solutions, including SOW, MSP and RPO offerings with your expert colleagues.
This role is ideal for a Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building lasting relationships, and is passionate about delivering value to both clients and candidates.
