We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Technical Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established EPC-focused recruitment team. This is an opportunity to work on a warm desk with access to established key accounts, while also developing new client relationships across the technical and engineering market.

The successful candidate will come from a technical or engineering recruitment background and bring proven 360 recruitment experience, including business development, client management, and candidate delivery.

  • Proactively engage with clients and candidates via phone, networking, and relationship-led business development
  • Deliver high-quality recruitment solutions across multiple engineering disciplines
  • Strong 360 recruitment and business development capability
  • Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and picking up the phone
  • Comfortable working on complex technical assignments and white-collar recruitment projects
  • Established desk with strong existing accounts and repeat business
  • Exposure to complex, high-value engineering recruitment projects
