The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll support both our Contract and Permanent recruitment desk, focusing on sourcing and delivering high-quality candidates to a portfolio of MSP, RPO and contingent clients. You'll play a key role in identifying exceptional talent, building talent pipelines and ensuring our clients receive an outstanding recruitment experience.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous recruitment or sourcing experience (agency or in-house)
- Excellent candidate engagement and networking skills
- Experience recruiting specialist and/or high-volume roles
- A proactive, organised and driven approach
- The ability to work at pace while maintaining exceptional quality
