The Opportunity

We're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer / Delivery Consultant to join our market-leading Aerospace & Defence - Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) division.

This is a delivery-focused recruitment role where you'll be responsible for sourcing and placing skilled professionals into aircraft maintenance and engineering positions, including Aircraft Mechanics and Fitters.

You'll recruit across both contract and permanent vacancies, with a strong focus on the fast-paced contract market.

You'll support projects across the UK and the Middle East, recruiting into both military and commercial aerospace environments.

Whilst this is primarily a delivery role, you'll also have the opportunity to build one-to-one relationships with clients, join client meetings and develop your commercial skills as your career progresses.
