The successful candidate will have strong ownership of management information, budgeting and forecasting, while working closely with Managing Directors and operational teams to understand performance, identify opportunities and drive improvements across the business.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will act as a key finance partner to senior operational stakeholders, providing clear and commercially focused financial analysis across multiple business areas.
You will be responsible for understanding business performance, challenging assumptions and forecasts, and translating financial information into meaningful insight that supports operational and strategic decisions.

Provide technical accounting guidance where required.
Contribute to finance transformation projects and wider business initiatives.
Support and develop members of the finance team.
About You
We are looking for a commercially focused Finance Business Partner who combines strong technical accounting knowledge with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and influence business decisions.
