We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Technical Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established EPC-focused recruitment team. This is an opportunity to work on a warm desk with access to established key accounts, while also developing new client relationships across the technical and engineering market.
The successful candidate will come from a technical or engineering recruitment background and bring proven 360 recruitment experience, including business development, client management, and candidate delivery.
- Proactively engage with clients and candidates via phone, networking, and relationship-led business development
- Deliver high-quality recruitment solutions across multiple engineering disciplines
- Strong 360 recruitment and business development capability
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and picking up the phone
- Comfortable working on complex technical assignments and white-collar recruitment projects
- Established desk with strong existing accounts and repeat business
