Job Purpose
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual who is able to prioritise their workload, with excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate will have a key role in supporting our customers and sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking orders over the phone and through email, and accurately inputting these orders into a SAP system (to create order acknowledgements, invoices and delivery notes).
- Providing customer service on any inbound or outbound calls/emails
- Working with the sales team to resolve customer queries
- Updating customer orders
- Liaising with the warehouse team to pick and arrange packing of goods for shipment
- Sending samples to customers
- General office administration (filing, answering calls)
The role requires a minimum of two years experience in a customer service / sales office environment.
Experience of SAP is advantageous.
