What does the team do? Welding Rails together to make 90m strings for TfL
The successful candidate should have:
Completed an engineering apprenticeship, NVQ level 3 or equivalent
Experience in welding
Experience in using mechanical equipment
Mechanical and electrical experience
Any crane experience is beneficial but training will be provided. xiskglj
Team information: A small team of five staff, working under a Team Leader and Chargehand.
Option after training to move to a four-day week
Although welding experience is needed, the welding is done by a enclosed machine so other skills using machinery and tools also required (similar to a electro mechanical fitter role)

Working area is in a workshop and at times outdoors in an external environment
