Morson Edge is seeking an experienced Rope Access (RA) Plater to support ongoing asset maintenance activities on an offshore platform. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading offshore maintenance team working on structural repair and steelwork replacement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out offshore steelwork repair and maintenance activities.
- Fabricating and installing replacement steelwork from templates and drawings.
- Completing repair orders including:
- Handrail replacements
- Stair tread replacements
- Grating replacements
- General plating and fabrication work
- Working safely within offshore operational environments.
Requirements
- Time-served Plater
- Previous offshore experience
- Strong focus on safety and quality standards

- OPITO BOSIET or FOET
- MIST
- OEUK Offshore Medical
- Offshore Medical Certificate valid through mobilisation date
- IRATA qualification (any level considered)
- Donut Training - Desirable
Rates
- IRATA L3 - DS £37.00 OT £48.10 NS £39.00 Training/Travel £31.00
- IRATA L2 - DS £35.50 OT £46.15 NS £37.50 Training/Travel £31.00
- IRATA L1 - DS £34.00 OT £44.20 NS £36.00 Training/Travel £31.00
PPE will be provided prior to mobilisation. Mobilisation Fee Payable £150.
