Job Purpose

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual who is able to prioritise their workload, with excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate will have a key role in supporting our customers and sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking orders over the phone and through email, and accurately inputting these orders into a SAP system (to create order acknowledgements, invoices and delivery notes).
  • Providing customer service on any inbound or outbound calls/emails.
  • Working with the sales team to resolve customer queries.
  • Updating customer orders.
  • Liaising with the warehouse team to pick and arrange packing of goods for shipment.
  • Sending samples to customers.
  • General office administration (filing, answering calls).

The role requires a minimum of two years' experience in a customer service/sales office environment. Experience of SAP is advantageous.
