An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Onsite Senior Coordinator/Account Manager to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

Based full-time onsite with a key client in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, you will act as the key contact for both contractors and the client, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the onsite workforce. This is a fast-paced and varied role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering excellent service.

  • Acting as the main onsite contact for contractor support and queries
  • Managing attendance, absences and general workforce administration
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with client stakeholders and contractors
  • Processing weekly payroll accurately and within deadlines
  • Supporting recruitment activity when required, including writing and posting adverts

Previous experience within recruitment, onsite coordination or workforce management is essential. Comfortable handling payroll and compliance processes accurately.

Monday to Friday ~No weekends or shift work required.
