This is an excellent opportunity for an organised administrator with strong attention to detail who enjoys working with data, managing workloads and delivering high levels of accuracy. You will play a key role in producing quotations for developer customers, ensuring information is processed correctly and within agreed service levels. This is a non-customer facing role, but you will work closely with internal stakeholders and will become a key point of contact within the team, so the ability to learn quickly and work independently is essential.
The Role
As a Quotations Administrator, you will be responsible for issuing accurate quotations to small developer customers, maintaining workflow trackers and supporting the team to achieve service level agreements (SLAs). Some days will be fast-paced with high workloads, while others will be quieter, so you will need to be self-motivated and able to effectively manage your own workload.

- Manage quotation trackers and workflow reports.
- Monitor and resolve exception and error queues.
- Maintain accurate information across internal IT systems.
- Capture required customer information at quotation stage.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure work progresses efficiently.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, procedures and health.
