Morson Edge have partnered with a leading Managed Service Provider in Norfolk seeking a Provisioning Service Desk Engineer to join its growing operations team. This role sits within a dedicated provisioning function focused on planned IT change requests and user lifecycle management. The successful candidate will thrive in a structured, process-driven environment and enjoy delivering accurate, high-quality technical administration across multiple client environments.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with MSP or multi-client support experience looking to develop within a modern, fast-growing technology business operating in highly regulated environments.

The Role

  • Delivering a high volume of IT change and provisioning requests across Microsoft 365 and endpoint environments while maintaining exceptional levels of accuracy, communication, and customer service.
  • Managing user onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, and decommissioning.
  • Supporting Microsoft 365, MFA, Intune, and Windows 11 environments.
  • Configuring Autopilot and MDM profiles.
  • Managing permissions, password resets, and access requests.
  • Updating tickets and documentation accurately within ConnectWise.
  • Communicating with end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Working closely with the wider service desk team to manage ticket allocation and workflow.
  • Identifying opportunities for process and documentation improvements.
  • Maintaining consistent performance.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, technically capable, and comfortable working within structured client processes. You should ideally have experience with:

  • Microsoft 365 administration.
  • MFA and Entra ID / Azure AD.
  • Intune and Autopilot.
  • Windows 11 support and deployment.
  • Endpoint and device provisioning.
  • TrendMicro Anti-Virus.
  • UniFi WiFi and switching environments.

You’ll also demonstrate:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A process-driven mindset.
  • Reliability and resilience under workload pressure.
  • Experience within an MSP or multi-client environment (preferred).
