We're supporting a leading London university who are looking for a Project Support Officer to join a large digital transformation programme within their HR and Organisational Development function. This role will support the rollout of a new employee platform focused on appraisals, learning, and talent management. It's a great opportunity for somebody with experience supporting projects, coordinating stakeholders, and working across digital or business change initiatives.

Experience

  • Experience supporting projects or change initiatives in a PMO, Project Support, Coordinator, or Junior PM capacity
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working with reporting and data in Excel
  • Experience coordinating meetings, workshops, or testing activities
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within Higher Education, HR, Learning & Development, or Digital Transformation environments/Cornerstone
  • Exposure to system rollouts, UAT, or change programmes
  • Experience using Jira and working on Agile projects

Responsibilities

  • Supporting day-to-day delivery of the project and coordinating activities across multiple workstreams
  • Assisting with reporting, tracking actions, and maintaining project documentation
  • Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), feedback gathering, and user engagement activities
  • Coordinating meetings, workshops, stakeholder sessions, and communications
  • Working with internal teams to support rollout of learning and talent functionality
  • Producing reports and analysing engagement / usage data using Excel
  • Supporting post-go-live activities including FAQs, guidance materials, and user support
