Morson Edge is recruiting on behalf of our client for a number of Project Administrators to support the delivery of a large-scale technology deployment programme across a nationwide network of customer locations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy project team where you'll play a key role in ensuring documentation, communications and project administration are managed efficiently.
Working closely with the Deployment Manager, you'll help coordinate stakeholder engagement, track project documentation and ensure agreements and approvals are completed on time. We're initially recruiting five Project Administrators, with the potential for the team to grow as the project progresses.
As a Project Administrator, you'll provide essential administrative and coordination support to the project team. The role is primarily focused on managing documentation, maintaining trackers, communicating with external stakeholders and ensuring project records remain accurate and up to date. Most communication will be via email, although there will be occasions where you'll speak with customers over the telephone to provide updates or assist with outstanding actions. This is a fully remote role, so you'll need to be comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues across the wider project team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Deployment Manager.
- Prepare and distribute project communications to internal and external stakeholders.
- Track the progress of project documentation, agreements and approvals.
- Follow up with stakeholders to obtain outstanding documentation and completed paperwork.
- Maintain accurate project trackers, action logs and reporting information.
- Organise, store and manage electronic documentation within shared filing systems.
- Prepare documentation for review, approval and formal sign-off.
- Support stakeholder engagement through email and telephone communications.
- Ensure project records are accurate, organised and easily accessible.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support successful project delivery.
We're looking for someone who enjoys administration, has excellent attention to detail and is confident communicating with customers and stakeholders in a professional manner. You'll be organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
Essential Skills & Experience:- Previous experience in an administration, project support or customer service role.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.
- Comfortable updating trackers, maintaining databases and managing electronic filing systems.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple deadlines.
- Professional and courteous when communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to work independently while following established processes and procedures.
- Fully remote working (Candidates MUST be based in the UK).
- Six-month contract with an immediate start.
