About the Role

We are recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join our client, a Wastewater company, at their Portland site. This role will support the Operations Team, Deputy Operations Manager, and Service Team with day-to-day administrative activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident learning new systems. You will be the sole Operations Administrator on site but will work closely with a wider team of schedulers and operational staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Operations and Service teams
  • Updating and maintaining internal systems and databases
  • Supporting scheduling and operational processes
  • Managing customer and operational records accurately
  • Processing information through CRM and business systems
  • Assisting with general office administration duties
  • Supporting communication between teams and departments
  • Handling Microsoft Office tasks including spreadsheets, emails, and documents

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous administration experience within an office or operations environment
  • Confident using Microsoft Office packages
  • Experience using CRM systems or similar business systems
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central would be advantageous but is not essential.
