About the Role
We are recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join our client, a Wastewater company, at their Portland site. This role will support the Operations Team, Deputy Operations Manager, and Service Team with day-to-day administrative activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident learning new systems. You will be the sole Operations Administrator on site but will work closely with a wider team of schedulers and operational staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the Operations and Service teams
- Updating and maintaining internal systems and databases
- Supporting scheduling and operational processes
- Managing customer and operational records accurately
- Processing information through CRM and business systems
- Assisting with general office administration duties
- Supporting communication between teams and departments
- Handling Microsoft Office tasks including spreadsheets, emails, and documents
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous administration experience within an office or operations environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office packages
- Experience using CRM systems or similar business systems
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central would be advantageous but is not essential.
