We are currently seeking an experienced PMO Lead (Director) to join a growing Project Controls team supporting major defence infrastructure programmes across Scotland. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an individual with a strong background in infrastructure delivery, PMO leadership, and project controls.

You will be responsible for establishing, leading, and continuously improving PMO capability across complex, high-profile programmes while ensuring effective governance, performance management, and successful project delivery.

As PMO Lead, you will provide strategic leadership across programme controls functions, driving performance, governance, and business transformation initiatives to ensure successful delivery of major infrastructure programmes.
