PMO Analyst in Plymouth

PMO Analyst | £400/day | ASAP Start | 5 months | Outside IR35

We’re looking for an experienced PMO Analyst to join a high-profile government transformation programme as it enters its final transition and closure phase.

💷 Rate: Up to £400/day

🌍 Location: Primarily remote, with occasional travel to London (1–2 days a week initially, reducing to once every few weeks).

You’ll play a key role in maintaining programme discipline, supporting governance and reporting and ensuring smooth handover and closure activities across multiple stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

• Maintaining programme plans, RAID logs and action trackers
• Supporting governance reporting, dashboards and board packs
• Coordinating inputs across workstreams and stakeholder groups
• Tracking dependencies, milestones and deliverables
• Managing document control and assurance activities
• Providing analytical and coordination support to the PMO Lead

What you’ll bring

• Proven PMO / Programme Support experience in large, complex environments
• Strong understanding of governance, RAID and reporting processes
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Recent Central Government experience
• Experience supporting large transformation or divestiture programmes
