We are seeking a skilled and reliable plumber for our client to join a responsive repairs team, working across the North Yorkshire region. This role involves attending to urgent and routine plumbing issues in tenanted properties, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard. About the role You'll be representing a respected housing association, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining safe, habitable homes. Key Responsibilities: Carry out responsive plumbing repairs in domestic properties, including: Fixing leaking taps, toilets, and pipework Unblocking drains and waste systems Repairing or replacing radiators and heating components Installing or replacing sinks, baths, and showers, diagnosing and resolving water pressure issues Ensure all work is completed on the first visit where possible Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used Liaise with tenants in a professional and respectful manner Work collaboratively with other trades as needed (e.g., joinery, tiling) Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies Requirements: NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing Proven experience in responsive repairs, ideally within social housing Full UK driving licence (van and fuel card provided) Basic DBS check required Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong communication and customer service If you or someone you know is suited to this role please contact 0113 2420303 or send a cv to JBRP1_UKTJ
