- Access Solutions - scaffolding, rope access, and elevated work platforms that allow workers to safely reach difficult areas.
- Insulation - thermal, cryogenic, and acoustic insulation for energy efficiency, temperature control, and noise reduction.
- Surface Protection - industrial painting, coating, corrosion prevention.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting a positive health, safety, and environmental culture by ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, company policies, and industry standards while minimizing workplace risks.
- Conducting workplace inspections and safety audits.
- Identifying hazards and carrying out risk assessments.
- Developing and implementing HSE policies, procedures, and safe systems of work.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Delivering HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
- Monitoring and reporting HSE performance metrics and KPIs.
- Supporting emergency preparedness and response planning.
- Liaising with regulatory authorities, clients, and contractors on HSE matters.

Qualifications required:
- Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- NEBOSH General Certificate or Diploma.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment and hazard identification.
- Attention to detail and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE management systems.
