Morson Edge are currently supporting a leading national property and planning consultancy to recruit an RTPI-qualified Planner / Senior Planner to join their established Planning team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative team working on a diverse portfolio of major development schemes across the South West. The practice has a strong reputation for delivering strategic planning advice across regeneration, residential, mixed-use, commercial and infrastructure-led projects.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious Planner or Senior Planner who is looking to take the next step in their consultancy career. This role offers genuine project ownership, client exposure, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced senior leaders on complex and high-profile developments. You will be embedded within project teams and act as a key point of contact for clients, contributing directly to the delivery of planning strategies from early feasibility through to consent and delivery stages.

Role Overview

You will play a central role in supporting and leading planning projects, working closely with multidisciplinary colleagues across planning, design and development teams. The role offers strong exposure to the full development lifecycle and the opportunity to build long-term client relationships.
